Steel Grade Standard
We exclusively procure premium structural raw carbon steel. Our primary grades are Q235 (equivalent to ASTM A36 / S235JR) for standard logistics carts and Q355 (equivalent to ASTM A572 Grade 50 / S355JR) for reinforcement components and heavy stamping turnover racks requiring high load limits.
AWS D1.1 Welding
Severe factory duty cycles require robust joins. All AutoRack logistics equipment features high-penetration full-seam welding. Our team consists of qualified welders certified under AWS D1.1 standards (American Welding Society) to ensure zero-defect seam integrity.
Anti-Corrosion Finish
We provide advanced surface treatments including high-durability electrostatic powder coating (standard warning safety orange, yellow, and industrial slate grays) and hot-dip galvanization for outdoor towing or high-humidity warehousing environments.
